Q: Where are the masks made?

A: Our masks are developed by our team headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts and are made in an FDA registered clean room environment in China.

Q: Are your masks for medical use? 

A: Even though our masks pass ASTM F2100 Level 2 testing, which is the standard for medical masks, we do not recommend using these masks for medical or surgical purposes

Q: What type of filter is in the mask?

 A: Our masks are designed with a Melt-blown BFE99 filter that has been tested to perform at a Level 2 ASTM F2100 standard, blocking ≥98% of BFE and PFE particles. The testing was performed in the United States of America by Nelson Laboratories, Inc. Our factory also tests our masks in-house against ASTM F2100 standards during production.

Q: How many layers is the face mask made up of?

 A: Our masks are made up of three layers: Soft non-woven polypropylene inner layer, Melt-blown BFE99 filter, Non-woven polypropylene outer layer.

Q: Is this mask latex free?

 A: Our masks are not manufactured with natural rubber latex.

Q: How long can I wear the mask?

 A: It is recommended to replace the mask at least one time per day. If the mask becomes damaged, soiled or has been used in crowded places for an extended amount of time, remove of and dispose of without touching any surface.

Q: Who should wear this mask?

 A: This mask was designed for the general public to wear while they are traveling, cleaning, or out and about on a daily basis.
